Our mission, vision and values underpin everything we do at Bowmansgreen. We value and celebrate every pupil as an individual, taking the time to know each child well so that we can personalise their learning experience and support them on their own pathway to success.

We want every child to feel happy, safe and secure at school. We know that children learn best when they feel confident, valued and supported, and we work hard every day to create a positive and nurturing environment where every pupil can thrive.

Equality, diversity and inclusion are central to our school community. We teach, promote and model respect for others, while actively challenging inequality, prejudice and discrimination. Everyone who is part of our school community is expected to treat others with dignity and respect and to uphold the protected characteristics set out in the Equality Act 2010.
