P.E and Sports Premium

The PE and Sport Premium is funding provided by the Department for Education to support primary schools in making additional and sustainable improvements to PE, sport and physical activity.

At Bowmansgreen School, we use this funding to enhance the quality and breadth of sporting opportunities available to our pupils, develop staff expertise and encourage all children to lead healthy, active lifestyles.

Our annual PE and Sport Premium report provides details of the funding we have received, how it has been spent, the impact of this spending on our pupils and how we intend to sustain these improvements.

The reports also include our Year 6 swimming and water safety attainment data, as required by the Department for Education.
